Workshops
Lino printing workshops run from my kitchen studio in Newbury, where you can have lots of fun learning new skills in a creative, relaxed environment.
The workshops are perfect for beginners who have never picked up a roller, however, I can tailor my workshops if you have prior experience introducing new and more advance techniques.
I will teach you all the techniques needed for you to create prints of your own design, you will go home with several prints to proudly show your friends and family!
Workshops are 2 hours with numbers limited to 6 people ensuring that you'll receive lots of individual tuition.
Look out throughout the year for seasonally themed events, such as print your own Christmas cards and decorations.
Parties
Print parties in the comfort of your own home, which is a great way to catch up with friends and family whilst being creative and learning something new together.
I will bring everything needed to your home and host a print making workshop. A minimum of 4 people is required for print parties. Mileage charged at £0.40 per mile for distances in excess of a 15 mile radius of Newbury.
Cost
£30 per person, includes 2 hour tuition, all materials and ink, and a small frame for your artwork (dependent on venue and event).
Cancellation Policy
Workshop venues hold limited seating, and many of our events/workshops sell out. For this reason, it is requested that you contact me to cancel at least 7 days before your scheduled event/workshop. This will allow me to offer your spot to another budding artist.
Please note, I do not offer refunds. However, if you give me at least 7 days notice of your need to cancel, I will credit your payment toward another similar event/workshop. However, if you do not cancel with at least 7 days notice, you may lose any payments you have already made.
Extras
£30 per starter kit - consisting of cutting tools with multiple cutters, ink roller, inking tray, 300ml ink, linoleum block 150mm x 200mm and a wooden spoon (used in lieu of a printing press - suitable for small scale lino printing). and a bench hook.
